Service Technician

技术服务工程师  (若干)

Location: 全国各地

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Engineer is the primary interface between the customer and company in this role, the technical support engineer is responsible for capturing our customers' current and future technical requirements. Work as a member of the Engineering team and supports the technical side of the marketing and communication process. This position also works very closely with our Sales and Product Management.

作为客户与公司在售后的主要交流媒介之一,技术支持工程师需要满足客户的日常维护维修需求,并捕捉客户对于公司产品现在以及将来的需要。同时,技术支持工程师需要能够与销售以及产品管理部门共同工作、保持紧密协作。

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensure that Customer Requirements are properly documented, helping customer to solve technical problem.

·         Follow-up on technical customer issues in addition to building and maintaining customer contact.

·         Work with the Sales team to identify the value of each project and travel accordingly as needed.

·         Product training and development.

 

·         记录顾客的技术方面的需求并解决这些问题,协助客户自行处理一些技术问题。

·         跟踪技术问题并与客户保持日常联络。

·         与销售团队协作并提供相关的技术意见与支持。

·         部分产品培训方面的工作。

 

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree.

·         Majoring  in Medical ElectronicsMedical Equipment or Medical imaging 

·         Good communication skill and problem solving abilityGood communication skills in English

·         Accept business travel.

 

·         大学本科及以上学历。

·         医学电子,医疗器械及医学影像专业

·         较好的交流技巧以及技术问题解决能力,具备良好的中英文沟通能力

·         能够接受长期出差。
